Update
I had a slight set back recently, my right wrist has a joint capsule impingement from hitting a lot of golf balls. I had a few injections and have been taking anti inflammatory medication to help heal my injury. To stay busy I have been spending a lot of time doing lower body training. I run sprints and do a lot of plyometric exercises to increase my explosiveness and stability. My wrist is starting to feel better, I am slowly working my way back into hitting balls and should be good to go soon!!!
