Kvest Work

My goals with my golf swing is to make it as efficient as possible. This is done by optimizing my sequence. Kvest measures your sequence and catches what the eye can not see. I made some setup changes and worked on rotating more with less of a slide through the ball. The swing is feeling very powerful and it is consistent!!
