Ping Visit

I had another great visit at Ping. I am so thankful for all the help and support I have received from Ping and Scott Wolpa. My swing has changed over the winter and we needed to make a few tweaks to my equipment. We changed the lie angles of all my irons from upright to standard. This will help me start the ball further to the right since my swing has become flatter. We then tested the new I20 drivers. The winner was 9.5 with a Ping TFC 707 shaft. This new driver is shorter than my I15 but the ball speeds stayed the same and I was able to lower my spin rate. I also got to meet Ping Engineer Mike Nicolette. He is an amazing player and designs a majority of Ping’s clubs. He had a lot of nice things to say about my swing which was flattering. Another successful visit!
